SACM designs, builds, finances and manages correctional and detention centres with KSCC being the first such project undertaken by the organization.
The phased process is achieved through negotiations with relevant government detention and/or correctional services authorities for the achievement of cost-effective solutions for the building of a detention centre.
Providing infrastructure to Government and the creating of work/job opportunities is a major objective of the PPP agreements.
